📦 ১. রিটার্ন নীতি (Return Policy)

SourceMart নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করে:

• পণ্য ডেলিভারির ০৩ (তিন) দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
• পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
• কাস্টমাইজড বা বিশেষ অফারের পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
• রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য যাচাই করার পরেই রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

💰 ২. রিফান্ড নীতি (Refund Policy)

• রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের পর ০৭ (সাত) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
• রিফান্ড মূলত অর্ডারের সময় ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই (বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক) প্রদান করা হবে।
• ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিসের কারণে রিফান্ড পেতে কিছুটা অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

🚫 ৩. বাতিলকরণ নীতি (Cancellation Policy)

• অর্ডার শিপ (Ship) হওয়ার আগে যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করা যাবে।
• পণ্য কুরিয়ারে বা ডেলিভারিতে চলে যাওয়ার পর বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• বাতিলকরণের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড আমাদের নির্ধারিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।

• ভুল ঠিকানা বা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে SourceMart দায়ী থাকবে না।
• ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হওয়ার পর পুনরায় পণ্য পাঠাতে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
• পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকলে বা ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে দ্রুত আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
